Core promises
  • · Audio you upload is retained for at most 7 days, then auto-deleted
  • · Transcripts and minutes stay in your account permanently, deletable at any time
  • · We do not sell your personal data or meeting content
  • · You can request export or full deletion of all data at any time
Note: This English version is provided for reference. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.

1. What we collect

1.1 Account info: WeChat OpenID / UnionID, nickname, avatar; or email address and email verification code records.

1.2 Meeting audio and transcripts: audio clips you record in real time or upload, ASR transcripts, machine translations, AI-generated minutes and emotional insights.

1.3 Usage logs: sign-in time, IP, device type, browser version, error stack — used for security and troubleshooting.

1.4 Payment info: order number, amount, Alipay transaction ID. We do not store your bank card details.

1.5 Cookies / LocalStorage: for session and UI preferences. Not used for cross-site tracking.

2. How we use it

  • Provide core features: real-time translation, file transcription, AI minutes
  • Account login, billing, credit management
  • Customer support and account dispute handling
  • Troubleshooting, performance optimization, security
  • Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful regulatory or judicial requests

3. Third-party processors

All third parties have been assessed for data security compliance and access data only as needed to deliver the Service.

4. Retention

  • Audio files: real-time recording clips and uploaded audio are kept in OSS for at most 7 days, then auto-deleted
  • Transcripts and AI minutes: bound to your account, retained until you manually delete the meeting or close the account
  • Account info: kept while the account is active; permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure
  • Payment and invoice records: retained for at least 5 years per tax regulations
  • Usage logs: 90 days for security audit

5. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: view all historical records in the "Meetings" list
  • Modify: update nickname, default language, etc. in "Settings"
  • Delete: delete a meeting in its detail page (clears OSS audio in sync); contact support to delete your account
  • Export: export meeting minutes as PDF / Markdown. Contact support for bulk export
  • Withdraw authorization: revoke WeChat login auth in the WeChat Official Account management page

6. Security

6.1 HTTPS is enforced site-wide.

6.2 Database passwords and sensitive user fields are stored encrypted.

6.3 OSS files use pre-signed URLs with public links valid for at most 1 hour.

6.4 Servers and databases are deployed on Alibaba Cloud with security groups, WAF, and backups.

6.5 Internal access is limited to authorized ops/dev staff on a need-to-know basis. All access is logged.

7. Minors

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed at individuals under 18. If you are a minor, please use the Service under guardian supervision and have your guardian consent on your behalf. If we learn that a minor has registered without guardian consent, we will delete the account upon guardian request.

8. Policy updates

We may revise this policy due to legal or product changes. Material updates will be announced in advance via in-app notice, email, or the login page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
