Source language supports auto-detection (Cantonese / English / Mandarin mix) + 18 mainstream languages; target language: 92 (Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Italian, Turkish, etc.). Cantonese is recognized natively, not via a Mandarin fallback — characters like 頭先 / 嘅 / 係 are recognized accurately, mixed Cantonese-English does not lose words, and you never have to switch languages mid-conversation.

Yes. When creating a meeting, switch to "Upload audio" mode and drop in mp3 / wav / m4a. A bilingual full transcript with timestamps is ready in a few minutes, so you can jump back to any original sentence.

Before the meeting, go to "Glossary" and click "Generate from documents". Upload your agenda PPT / tech docs / talking points. AI extracts proper nouns (brands, names — kept as-is in translation) and term pairs (industry words with standard translations). Review, save as a glossary, and pick that glossary when creating a meeting. Real-time translation will follow your terminology, and term hits are highlighted in subtitles so you can see AI is using them.

1 credit ≈ 1 minute of translation. Charged by actual recording duration (paused time does not count). New users get 60 minutes free on signup. Larger packs unlock lower per-minute pricing — Standard/Pro packs default to 50-70% off.

You get a warning 3 minutes before zero, then a 60-second grace period at zero. Top up during the grace period and the meeting continues seamlessly. Even if cut off, the transcript and AI minutes generated so far are fully saved.

Yes. Every meeting can generate a "live audience page" link. Clients open it in their phone browser (or WeChat) and see bilingual real-time subtitles. You can set a password and expiry, or invalidate the link any time.
